For the Balsameria, the trade fair season is all year round, we have arrived in November ready to attend Cosmofood, a must for excellence in catering & food. The fair becomes every year bigger and more important, and for its fifth edition it is waiting for a flow of 50,000 people.

The interest in the fair focuses on passion for food: dough, wine, beer, bio and gluten-free products, food and professional lines; but also courses and seminars for pastry enthusiasts with chef Luigi Cappelletto, showcooking with Giuliano Baldessarri.

There will also be tastings, this year they will focus on combining with beer: Beer and chocolate, beer and baked, beer and cheese.
